During our first session, we’ll take the time to discuss any medical conditions or considerations that may influence the structure of your sessions. We’ll explore the available modalities and work together to create the best plan for your healing journey. You are welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable—this is your space, and you are in control.
I’m here to hold space and guide the process. These sessions can also serve as a peaceful opportunity to reconnect with your breath and yourself. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with taking some well-deserved “me time.”

Yin Yoga

This is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that focuses on holding passive poses for extended periods, typically 2–5 minutes or longer.
It targets the deeper connective tissues in the body, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia, while also promoting relaxation and mindfulness.
